Charlotte is a Manager of Corporate and Governance Services, focusing on the provision of corporate secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of funds and special purpose vehicles involved in international finance transactions and high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining the team at Paget-Brown, Charlotte worked as a Manager of Entity Governance and Compliance services with PwC, where she led the global managed services team, providing clients with end-to-end support of their global subsidiary management, inclusive of compliance, governance, and transactional support. During this time Charlotte also completed several board support secondments.

Charlotte previously worked with Irish law firm Matheson in their International Business team, providing company secretarial services to a large portfolio of multinational clients. She has also worked in the Dublin offices of Eaton Plc and PwC.

Charlotte is qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and a Master’s in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland.
