Colin is a Manager of Corporate Services, responsible for providing corporate secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of funds and special purpose vehicles engaged in international finance transactions and servicing high-net-worth individuals.

Before joining Paget-Brown, Colin worked as a Company Secretary at BNP Paribas and Northern Trust Corporation in Guernsey. In these roles, he advised on and ensured compliance with regulations and governance requirements for a diverse range of corporate structures, including listed entities across multiple stock exchanges.

Colin also led the new business team at a multi-jurisdictional corporate services provider in Guernsey. There, he played a key role in onboarding new clients, establishing financial structures across jurisdictions, and delivering company secretarial services to a varied portfolio of clients.

Colin is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute, where he was a committee member for the Bailiwick of Guernsey branch. He holds an Honours B.A. in International Development Studies from the University of Toronto (Canada) and an LL.M. in Law and Legal Practice from BPP University (United Kingdom).
