Colin is a Manager of Corporate Services with responsibility for the provision of corporate secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of funds and special purpose vehicles involved in international finance transactions and high net worth individuals. Colin also provides support to clients for various matters concerning their non-Cayman entities.

Prior to joining the team at Paget-Brown, Colin worked as a Company Secretary in the Guernsey offices of two global banks, BNP Paribas and Northern Trust Corporation, during which time he advised on and ensured adherence to applicable regulations and governance requirements for listed entities across various stock exchanges.

Colin also led the new business team for a multi-jurisdiction corporate services provider in Guernsey during which time he was involved in the onboarding of new clients, establishing finance structures across various jurisdictions and the provision of company secretarial duties to a varied portfolio of clients.

Colin is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute, for which he was a committee member of the Bailiwick of Guernsey branch. He holds a B.A. in International Development Studies from the University of Toronto. Colin is currently pursuing a Master of Laws from the BPP University Law School.
