Darren is a Director of Paget-Brown Financial Services Limited responsible for overseeing the provision of corporate secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of funds and special purpose vehicles involved in international finance transactions and high net worth individuals. Darren is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Northern Ireland office.

Prior to joining Paget-Brown, Darren was Director and Head of Governance and Compliance at another boutique corporate services provider in Northern Ireland.

Darren previously worked with Factor as a senior member of a team providing company secretarial services to a tier 1 global US investment bank, and earlier with a private client trust and corporate services provider across multiple locations.

A Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, and an active member of the Institute’s Northern Ireland branch, Darren has served 5 years in the roles of Chair and Vice Chair and remains a committee member.

Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master’s in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University in Northern Ireland, and a Certificate in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
