Glenn is a Manager of Corporate and Governance Services, focusing on the provision of corporate secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of funds and special purpose vehicles involved in international finance transactions and high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining the team at Paget-Brown, Glenn worked for more than a decade in the United Arab Emirates, most recently as Assistant Company Secretary in the government-owned and largest premium aluminium producer in the world, gaining multi-jurisdictional experience and exposure to high-ranking board members and government officials.

Glenn previously also held senior company secretarial positions in the fourth largest sovereign wealth fund in the world and a publicly listed theme park business in the UAE.

Glenn is qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary, holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Queen’s University Belfast and a Master of Science in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland.
