Janet is a Manager of Corporate and Governance Services, responsible for the provision of corporate secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of funds, trusts and special purpose vehicles involved in international finance transactions and servicing high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining Paget-Brown in 2018, Janet was the Manager of Fund Administration at RBC Wealth Management and was an integral member of the transition team involved in the sale of the company’s business. Previously, she held the position of Wealth Manager at RBC and was responsible for client relationship management, onboarding new business and representing the firm at industry events.

She has over 35 years of experience in the financial industry in the Cayman Islands, having worked in client facing roles in corporate management, trust administration, fund administration and wealth management for international bank and trust companies and accounting firms, and boutique law firms and corporate services providers.

Janet qualified as a member of the Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland in 1996 and holds a Diploma in Fund Administration (with Distinction) awarded by CLT International in association with the University of Manchester Business School.
