Kenneth is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Paget-Brown Financial Services Limited having joined the firm in 1993 initially as CFO and as CEO from 2013 to 2017.
As Chairman, Kenneth oversees the Board of Directors and has specific responsibility for client relationship management.
Kenneth acts as an independent director of a select number of companies incorporated in the Cayman Islands, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Kenneth is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1982 with Coopers & Lybrand in Ireland.
In 1983 he joined Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in the Cayman Islands where he worked as an audit manager on a variety of audits of large Cayman Islands banks, captive insurance companies, international investment holding companies and mutual funds.
In 1988 Kenneth became Managing Director of Corporate Services and Liquidation Services at Coopers & Lybrand Grand Cayman.
Kenneth has a Diploma in Forensic Accounting from Chartered Accountants Ireland. He is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and of the Institute of Directors in Ireland.
Kenneth is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners having qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner through the Law Society of Ireland.
