Natalie Ramsay
Natalie is a Manager of Corporate and Governance Services, responsible for overseeing the initial setup and ultimate winddown of Cayman Island registered entities and internal project management within the Corporate and Governance Services team.
Prior to joining the team at Paget-Brown, Natalie worked as for a global law firm as a Senior Manager in the Client Engagement Team where she was focused on client relationship management, revenue management and legal operations and change management.
Natalie has extensive experience in project sponsorship, system implementation as well as entity formation, deregistration and liquidation.
Natalie is a member of the Chartered Management Institute
