Veronica is a Senior Manager of Corporate and Governance Services, responsible for overseeing the provision of corporate secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of funds and special purpose vehicles involved in international finance transactions and high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining the team at Paget-Brown, Veronica was the global Company Secretary for an international law firm and corporate services provider, responsible for ensuring adherence to corporate governance requirements and regulations in the Cayman Islands, Ireland, Bermuda, BVI and Dubai. Veronica has administrated both regulated and non-regulated entities and specialises in enhancing governance controls.

Veronica previously spent five years working as a transaction manager responsible for a large portfolio of asset finance and structured finance clients, with a focus on special purpose vehicles involved in aircraft financing and collateralised loan obligations. Veronica acted as the point of contact for clients, their counsel, managers and banks throughout the lifecycle of these entities, ensuring seamless service and robust guidance.   

Veronica is a qualified Company Secretary, holding a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from Queen’s University in Northern Ireland, a Master’s in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University in Northern Ireland, and a Certificate in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
